A small object can hold the weight of a thousand words.
Pocket Hugs began at a kitchen table during a long winter apart. When we couldn't be close to the people we loved, we wanted to send something real — something they could hold in their hand and feel cared for.
So we carved a tiny wooden heart, wrote a message on a card, and slipped it into an envelope. When it arrived through Nan's letterbox, she called us in tears. That was the moment Pocket Hugs was born.
Today, we hand-finish every hug in our UK studio to help families bridge the gap — for grandmothers, grandfathers, mums, daughters, and anyone who needs to know they're loved, no matter the miles between.
