30-Day No-Hassle Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. If your Pocket Hug arrives damaged, or simply isn't what you hoped for, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — no fuss.
Personalised Items
Because personalised Pocket Hugs are hand-finished with your own message, we can only accept returns where the item is faulty or damaged. We'll always work with you to make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Email us with your order number and a short note about the return.
- We'll reply within 1 working day with return instructions.
- Post the item back in its original packaging where possible.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.
