These terms set out the simple, fair agreement between you and Pocket Hugs when you order one of our little hugs.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any shipping. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there appears to be an error in pricing or details.
Personalisation
You're responsible for the spelling and content of any personal message you add. We hand-write your message exactly as provided, so please double-check before checkout. We will not write anything that is unlawful, abusive or hateful.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable UK VAT. We do our best to keep the store accurate, but if a pricing error occurs we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm how you'd like to proceed.
Intellectual Property
All designs, message cards, product imagery and the Pocket Hugs name are our intellectual property. Please don't copy or reproduce our designs without permission.
Liability
Pocket Hugs are keepsakes and are not toys. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months. We are not liable for misuse of our products beyond your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under their jurisdiction.
