Every Pocket Hug is designed to slip straight through a standard UK letterbox — no waiting in, no missed deliveries. Just a little surprise landing on the doormat.
Dispatch Times
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Each hug is hand-finished to order in our UK studio, so during busy periods (such as Mother's Day and Christmas) dispatch may take up to 1 working day longer.
UK Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £2.95 (1–2 working days, tracked).
- Free UK shipping on all orders over £25.
- Letterbox-friendly packaging on every order — no signature required.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
International Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you'd like to send a Pocket Hug overseas, please contact us and we'll do our best to help arrange it where possible.

Our envelopes are slim and flat by design, so they fit through a standard UK letterbox. This means your gift can arrive safely even when no one is home to receive it.
